Sometimes scheduling baby pictures is a last minute thought, and sometimes clients know they want them as soon as they get that positive pregnancy test. This family knew right away that they wanted to schedule their session, and I had this little guy on the calendar long before he arrived!

I send every client a questionnaire, which not only helps me understand the hopes and preferences each family has for their session, it helps be visualize what I’ll be walking into. This family indicated that baby’s nursery was deep, moody greens and blues with a woodland theme. But nothing could have prepared me for what I saw when I walked in to the nursery for the first time. What a stunning work of art this room was! The stunning mural, the floor to ceiling curtains, the thoughtful touches in every corner – this beautiful nursery was perfectly decorated in every way.

Not only was the space so very beautiful, but so was this sweet family. They have so much love for their little Arie, and that kind of genuine affection always comes through the camera in the most photogenic way.
